Erin Strozyk is the controller for the Green Go Solar Project.
Erin Strozyk was born in Lakewood, WA and spent most of her youth living in the small town of Chehalis, WA. After graduating from Washington State University in Pullman, WA with degrees in Accounting and Economics, she began work as a tax auditor for the State of Washington and later worked as a tax accountant for a large Seattle-based technology company. She currently specializes in expat tax preparation/consultation and lives with Keith in their Oregon/Baja homes.
Erin first fell in love with Mexico after a road trip through Baja with Keith and soon thereafter was involved in helping to satisfy the need for reliable, accesible power there. She is always working with Keith to create and improve working solar panels as well as having studied clean energy technology at Shoreline Community College under long-time solar expert and friend, Mike Nelson.
She has since adapted her accounting-based understanding of numbers, figures, and formulas to assist in energy audit, system design, book keeping, and general number crunching for the project.
Erin is 35 years old and is a soccer fanatic. In addition to playing soccer she enjoys skiing, surfing, traveling, reading, and hanging out with her husband, Keith and their adopted companion, Raya.
